摘要:
影响高等教育质量的中观因素，主要是指一个学校的办学理念、办学条件、专业和学科建设以及与教学有关的各项管理工作。实践证明，这些因素决定着学校的办学定位和人才培养目标，影响着学校人才培养的层次和结构，制约着学校的发展规模和教育质量。
Abstract:
The medium factors affecting higher education’s quality mainly include idea of running a school，condition of running a school，discipline construction，specialty construction and administration’s works that connected with teaching.The practice proves that these factors determine the schoolrunning orientation and talent training goal，affect the hierarchy and structure of talent training，restraint the scale of school development and educational quality.
