摘要:
高校考试是否公正，事关高校人才培养质量、高校教风学风、诚信人格的教化和社会和谐。制约高校考试公正的因素很多，而制度是根本性因素。不完善、不健全的考试管理制度已成为高校考试不公正的重要原因。进行考试管理制度创新将是维护和实现考试公正的有效途径。
Abstract:
College exam, fair or not，is related to the quality of personnel training，teaching and learning in universities，and the social harmony. There are many factors that constrain the equity of the college exam，but the system is fundamental factor. Imperfect examination management system has become an important reason for the examination injustice. The effective way that maintains and achieves the examination justice is innovative management system.
