摘要:
探讨了在创建物理教学创新团队中，靠“三个建立”形成了科学合理的工作机制和组织模式，靠“三个重视”形成了鲜明的团队精神，在充分发挥团队功能的情况下，“五个实行”保证了物理创新教育在全校的开展和实施，全面提高了教学质量。
Abstract:
This paper discusses the scientific and reasonable working mechanisms and the mode of organizations which is formed by the “three foundation”, and the sharpcut team spirits which is formed by the “three recognition” in the creation process of our physics teaching team. Through the full exertion of teaching team function, the “five practice” ensures the development and actualization of physical innovation education in our whole institute, and the teaching quality is improved comprehensively.
