摘要:
思想政治教育是就业教育的重要环节。针对部分独立学院毕业生在就业过程中存在就业观不明确、诚信观念淡薄、心理素质欠佳的现状，提出独立学院应发挥思想政治教育的作用，引导毕业生树立正确的就业观，增强纪律观念和法律意识，培养奉献精神和职业道德，提高心理调节能力，激发创造精神，促进毕业生充分就业。
Abstract:
The graduates in independent institutes are often confronted with such problems as being vague in values of employment,weak in honesty and vulnerable in mentality when hunting for jobs.The ideological education plays a very important part in the guidance of employment,so the teachers in independent institutes should help graduates to set right attitude towards employment,enhance the graduates’ concept of discipline and law,and develop their dedication to the work.Thus the graduates will have a sound psychology in hunting for a good job and creative ability in later career.
