摘要:
为减少尾矿坝中土工布的化学淤堵,采用壳聚糖(CS)接枝丙烯酸(AA)制备改性CS(CS/AA),再与沸石(ZO)物理交联,制备吸附材料。傅里叶红外光谱法分析显示AA成功接枝在CS上,扫描电子显微镜可以观察到ZO与CS/AA成功交联,并形成了较多的孔穴。EDTA滴定法测定结果显示,ZO与CS/AA的质量比为1∶2时,材料对Ca2+的吸附容量最高,为398 mg/g。紫外可见分光光度计测定结果显示,ZO与CS/AA的质量比分别为1∶2和1∶1时,材料对Fe3+的吸附容量最高,为9.9 mg/g。红外光谱分析显示,—OH与—COOH与金属离子发生了螯合。研究为尾矿坝的安全处理提供理论依据。
Abstract:
To reduce the chemical clogging of geotextiles in tailings dam,chitosan (CS) is first grafted with acrylic acid (AA) and then physically cross-linked with zeolite (ZO) to prepare the absorbent materials. The analysis of Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) shows that AA is successfully grafted on CS,and the images of scanning electron microscope show that there is a successful cross-linking between ZO and CS/AA,presenting more holes. The result of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid titration shows that when the mass ratio of ZO and CS/AA is 1∶2, the adsorption capacity of Ca2+ reaches the highest of 398 mg/g. And the results of UV-vis spectrophotometer indicate that when the mass ratios of ZO and CS/AA are 1∶2 and 1∶1 respectively,the adsorption capacity of Fe3+ reaches the highest of 9.9 mg/g. The FTIR analysis shows that the chelating-mechanism happens among -OH and -COOH with metal ions. The study provides a theoretical basis for safe treatment of tailings dam.
