摘要:
针对吸力桶贯入阻力特性,使用ABAQUS软件,从实施过程、参数影响、计算效率与结果精度等多个方面,对任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)法和耦合欧拉-拉格朗日(CEL)法进行了对比研究。研究表明:ALE法的地应力平衡效果优于CEL法;在贯入深度小于0.8倍桶径时,2种方法的计算结果对网格尺寸不敏感;在大于0.8倍桶径时,随着网格精细化,ALE法得到的阻力值不断增大但逐渐趋近于定值,而CEL法的曲线离散程度变小但结果大小变化不显著;CEL法得到的贯入阻力-深度曲线对贯入速率的敏感度高于ALE法,且随着贯入速度的增加,CEL法得到的阻力也越大;当土体模型变形较小时,2种方法得到的阻力数值与理论值相近,但随着贯入深度的增加,土体模型的变形加剧,ALE法得到的计算结果小于CEL法和理论值。
Abstract:
This study investigates the penetration resistance characteristics of suction buckets using the ABAQUS software. A comparative analysis was conducted with the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) method and the coupled Euler-Lagrangian (CEL) method based on the implementation process,parameter effects,calculation efficiency,and accuracy. The results indicate that ALE’s earth stress balance effect is better than CEL’s. Both methods are relatively insensitive to mesh size with the ratios of the penetration depths to the bucket diameter less than 0.8. However,with the ratios of the penetration depths to the bucket diameter more than 0.8,the resistance results obtained by the ALE method gradually increase with mesh refinement but tend to approach a constant value,while the curve discreteness of the CEL method decreases but the resistance values remain relatively constant. The penetration resistance-depth curve derived from the CEL method is more sensitive to penetration rate than that from the ALE method,and the resistance values obtained by the CEL method increase with increasing penetration rate. When the soil deformation is small,the resistance results obtained by both methods are in close agreement with the theoretical values. Nevertheless,as the penetration depth increases and the soil deformation becomes more severe,the resistance values obtained by the ALE method are smaller than those obtained by the CEL and theoretical values.
