- 文章选择地方高校规模、结构、质量、效益之间的关系问题作为研究内容。通过相关数据分析，提出地方高校在实现高等教育大众化过程中不能一味贪大求高，必须坚持以人为本，以培养人才为中心，要抑制盲目扩大规模的倾向，大力调整、优化结构，力求教育事业规模、质量、结构和效益协调发展。
- Abstract:
- This essay chooses the relationship of the size，structure，quality，and benefit of local university as its research matter. Through related data analysis，the essay puts forward that in the realization process of higher education popularization，local universities cannot blindly pursue greatness and highness，they must restrain the trend of blind size enlargement and insist on people oriented concept，energetically adjust and optimize structure，do their best to make a harmonious development of the size，quality，structure and benefit of the education career.
