摘要:
从理论和实践相结合的角度，论述了运用科学发展观的实践路径，为提高学习实践科学发展观的社会效果，进行了理论探讨，提供了理论支持。
Abstract:
From the angle of combining theory with practice, this paper discusses the practical approach to applying the scientific outlook on development. In order to improve the social effects of learning the scientific outlook on development, it explores a theoretical study and provides a theoretical support.
