摘要:
为开发新的草坪褐斑病防治安全高效杀菌剂,在总结杀菌剂相关文献的基础上,设计、合成了一类三嗪类衍生物。以三聚氯氰为起始原料,经与4-三氟甲基苯胺反应生成中间A,该中间体与不同的芳香胺或脂肪胺反应得到6个最终产物B和C。经1H NMR及MS表征,确认合成的化合物为目标产物。采用菌落直径法测定了这6个目标化合物对草坪褐斑病菌的抑菌率,发现其具有较好的抑菌活性。
Abstract:
To develop a safe and efficient fungicide for suppression of turfgrass disease, we designed and synthesized new triazine derivatives based on the related literatures. Sixtarget compounds were prepared according to synthetic procedure as follows: intermediate A was obtained by cyanuric chloride reacting with 4-three fluoromethyl aniline, and then A reacted with different aromatic amines or aliphatic amines to afford target molecules B and C. With 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, the products were identified as the target compounds. The inhibitory rates of the six target compounds against Rhizoctoniasolani were determined by colony diameter method. The results show that these compounds have good inhibitory activities.
